1. What is the REFUND policy?

Only defective or wrongly received items are eligable for exchange.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition are allowed to be exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

2. What is the DEPOSIT policy?

Deposit of minimum BND$20 to be paid to secure reserve items. Balance must be paid within 7 days of the order date (or upon discussion with Azzara's team).
